Tidy work with good attention to detail. You hv reprioritised ur work to suit the neighbour which is good to see. Regarding the insulation to the roof, u hv put insulation in the ceiling, presumably with ventilation above it but hv also put 50mm insulation under the rubber roof. Pls think about what u have done…the insulation serves no purpose under rubber roof. Pls explain if possible..thx

Thank you very much for your comment and ye 50 mm pir under rubber roof is for warm roof as per requiremnts of report . Thats the way to do your warm roof and if we do cold roof same 50mm will go inside the ceilling i hope its clarifies your question

Brother i appreciate your teams hard work , but you didnt put the cement promat superlux board over the dormer cheek next to the neighours dormer before tilling as it is less than 1 metre from the boundary
