London King's Cross to Edinburgh Waverly Train Journey | LNER Azuma Class 800/801

(4K, 2023, Right-Hand Side) A train journey aboard an LNER Azuma Class 801 and 800 from London King's Cross to Edinburgh Waverly on the East Coast Main Line via York, from England to Scotland, on Saturday 28 October 2023. Shows every stop, as well as countryside views and interesting sights and locations in-between, and is mostly uncut between London and Peterborough, and also uncut for the final 15 minutes into Edinburgh. This train trip was a long held ambition of mine, as I moved to Edinburgh shortly after I was born and grew up there until age 11, and it had been almost 15 years since I was last there, so this was a homecoming! I took this trip as a child in the nineties, back when the operator was GNER, using their Class 225s, of which I have fond memories! The trip was not without drama though - my originally booked train, the 10:30 LNER Azuma to Edinburgh, was cancelled at short-notice due to staff shortages, and instead would start at Doncaster. LNER advised passengers to take the 10:35 LNER Azuma to Leeds, which also called at Doncaster, where the Edinburgh train would be held for us, so that became the first train of this journey. However, due to complications at Doncaster, I ended up getting to York by other means, where I eventually caught the 14:35 LNER Azuma service from York to Edinburgh, which started as the 12:30 service from London - that was the second train of this journey. As such, the Doncaster - York leg of the trip is missing, but of course both Doncaster and York are featured. Calling at:
