For acne prone, try as much as possible to avoid using hot water on your face. I use cold water to wash my face cos I noticed whenever I use hot water it causes me acne and spot. This can help you too

Silent or not it's ok with me but The lettering is TOO tiny,it discourages me from reading what you write. I tried a lot on my skin till I used Tiam serum and the ordinary serums and it worked.
