@@PoetWithPace they actually wanted me to run in flip-flops but I thought I would wear genuine surfing booties as I've never seen someone surf in flip-flops before 😆 Next up are a bunch of mountain races to help train for the UTMB, plus an Ironman during the summer. How about you? Really enjoyed your video by the way and glad you also get fired up by 'Run to the Hills' 😀

@@PoetWithPace I have a few half marathons booked through year end to keep me honest and will be trying to imprive my parkrun time a bit. Primary goal is to get my Boston registration in and training for that. All roads lead there for me.

Cheers Donato. This video made me smile from ear to ear. Absolutely loved it. Caught the atmosphere perfectly. Crowds were utterly incredible. Wow. Can't believe I spotted myself on the video (4:48). What are the chances of that? The bit where you get hug & kiss off Liz (19:35) was such a lovely moment. Think you really made her day. Ps. Wonder how the surfboard runner gone on? That looks a tricky assignment.

Thanks Colin, I made it round in 4hrs 10. Very happy with that time seeing as I was running in Neoprene booties and carrying that board. All in the name of Surfers Against Sewage :)
