@@Connell_Feehan Thank you so much Connell! That's a wonderful compliment if my video gives you nostalgic feelings. Haha yes, gods own junkyard really is a unique place. Felt criminal to have filmed the panning shot there as it's actually forbidden 😅

what stabilization settings do you use? i tend to go into apsc with all stabilization turned off to get a handheld look. although im assuming you aren’t using a gimbal. your stuff looks great i cant notice any noticeable traits of in camera stabilization.
@sistfilmsАй бұрын
@@CPE-Pictures thank you for your comment ✌🏼 everything is indeed handheld, in some clips I also used Davinci Resolves stabilisation. But the IBIS of the S5 gets the job done almost every time 😅 I always film in full frame mode and the basic IBIS is turned on most of the time :)

Amazing work! Love your color grading! I shoot with S5 too but when ever I take videos at night I can't get rid of the noises..I also shoot in 4:2:2 10 bit and iso4000 at night(I saw that 4000 is the best option for reducing the noise in the dark) and also in the post process (I use the free version of Davinci). Is there any way I can get clear looks like yours in the night?
@sistfilms8 ай бұрын
Thanks for your comment, glad to hear it! The S5 is actually a low light monster, so I'm surprised that you have noise problems. However, the performance at night depends very much on the lens, the faster it is the less noise you have of course. I also shoot at night in V-Log (EV +/-0) and would also say that the image is definitely low-noise up to ISO 4000. In post-production, I also like to make the shadows a little darker so that the noise is minimised even further. Davinci's noise reduction on top of that should also make a big difference, but in my opinion it's not really necessary! I hope this helps for now :)

Did you use V-Log? If so, what colour grading app did you use to do the editing? Please, can you let me know on all your videos as they are awesome and beautiful. Your videos are making me think twice about selling my Panasonic s5 to a Sony a7 iv as your videos look too good ❤
@sistfilms8 ай бұрын
First of all, thank you very much for your comment, I'm glad you like my videos! Yes, all shot in V-Log! I use Davinci Resolve for editing and colour grading. Why would you sell your S5? I see no reason to switch to Sony, maybe you want to upgrade to the S5II or if necessary the S5IIX 😅

@sistfilms thank you so much for that valuable information. After seeing your videos, it's making me think twice. That's exactly how I want my videos to come out. I have a family wedding coming up and want that video and photos to look awesome from my Panasonic s5
@sistfilms8 ай бұрын
@@Finstastic If you want to go for that look you should watch some film emulation tutorial videos, there are many good ones on KZbin. Basically, the camera doesn't matter, you can achieve the look with any modern camera.The S5 has a very very good Log profile, so you can get really creative in colorgrading!
