I'm not normally someone who comments- you mentioned at the start 'companies need to stop using brexit and COVID as an excuse for poor delivery' I think as Consumers its maybe worth understanding some of the complexity facing not only retailers but most organisations. For example suddenly having staff needing to isolate given contact with someone who has tested positive, needing to deep clean the workplace after positive cases... All of which massively impacts logistics, capacity for order fulfillment and operations. Also needing to adapt to world's shipping changes and costs have escalated due to exponential built up demand and limited supply. Also responding to changing legislation...Lots of factors and change at play as the world finds its feet in the new normal. Beautiful vlog as always! Take care

London looks lovely and I’m so jealous of all your massages I soooo need them. My doctor said we may be able to get them for medical reasons monthly and I really need to work on that. Love the Murad skincare line it’s the only thing that helped my hormonal acne when I went through my divorce. Now I’m off the pill and getting acne again so I’ve started to use it again because I know it works. I also started some Sunday Riley glycolic acid treatment and loving the results of that as well. The foundation you used looks beautiful!! Garden is looking great. I need to start some more squash plants I have two left producing and bugs got my others.

Rice. Hi Josie. I just bought the Audi Quattro e-tron and absolutely love it. I had the same problem with the car not slowing down when you took your foot off the accelerator. My hubby called our Sales Assistant and he told us how to over ride that - it’s just a setting. You can also use the paddle which is situated on the steering wheel. We have had the super charger installed and it makes a huge difference. I was concerned at first about having electric but. love it now. We got the larger vehicle as I like to be higher up when it snows in winter. Good luck with your decision.
