lobia is soyabean and are more Nutritious than Razma. But this food looks absolutely delicious , specially that Channa Dal+ razama combination. If combine with rice , they will be so tasty . Bolani was similar to Aloo paratha but made like Gujhiyaa 😂 I wish these Afghan people very well for future.

kidney beans and channa dal is half cook instead they should be mixed and cooked completely with 50% mashed to make it thick and water should be added to increased quality also.
