We are eating Chapli kabas for years, nothing happens if you don't eat daily and have some activity/Exercise. My Grandmother died at 120 years of age and she ate Chapli kabab throughout her life.

@@asdlfkj12jieweo21 in cooked/deep fried food the Bacteria and viruses got killed because of very high temperature, so nothing to worry about. And if you still care much about "hygiene" than go to some fancy restaurant, this is a cheap priced Road side food for masses.

The guy using the long handled spatula to stir hands it off to several people, and uses his bare hands to grab the cooked meat and toss it in a bag. That's several levels of "something" to worry about. It's called cross contamination. I'm sure the food is tasty, but acting like this isn't an issue is ignorant.

Just so you know, the tomatoes, washed in water 💧...(water 💧, is pure mountain spring.....)....everything else is kept chilled, with 🧊 ice.....all cooked fresh....I've been eating afgani food, for 40 + years....never ever had a problem.....hope this helps....respect...

There is a prepackaged spice blend for Chapli Kabob, and the box has the recipe for constructing the meat and vegetables. Now I would never presume that it is authentic, but damn, it was delicious. Much better than a hamburger.
