Hi izzatul! I got my JPA scholarship when i was in my 3rd semester. Some of my friends got their PIDN scholarship on their 4/5th semester. The only thing you must be alert on is the due date as the application period is very short (1week), always check on the website (usually they open the application on may/june) so just be alert and check on the website from time to time. All the best!

Hello Hanana, Your video inspired me a lot. I want to further my masters in Edinburgh. You see, Edinburgh is my favourite city. Hence, I have a few questions to ask. 1. If I apply for my masters this October, let's say, does the tawaran valid until next year? Or is it actually tetapkan when you should register at the university? 2. Does JPA cover our ticketed flight? ((I'm referring to the first flight there)) 3 . Does JPA help us cover our visa fees and medical checkup expenses, as I noted that they are pricy too �� 4. hi hanana,i hope you had a great time in london. i would like to ask you few questions regarding the jpa scholarship. 1) did you manage to receive the scholarship right after you fly to uk or you have to wait for few weeks/months? 2) is there any fees that you have to pay using your own pocket money as the scholarship is not covering it? hi! truly sorry for the late reply. i am, alhamdulillah! 1) my scholarship results were out in April 2020, 5 months before i flew. my scholarship money, along with my flight tickets were received 15 HOURS before my flight to the UK! hahahaha fuh, it was such a nerve-wrecking experience! 2) in the uk not that i realise. but i think nope. they cover everything. from home, to school, to food - but it is not their responsibility if you go overboard. but back in Malaysia, there are a few! for instance: - passport renewal. - university application (the payment that you have to pay when applying for a uni). - medical check up i REALLY hope you make it! for undergraduate, i think you can apply through UCAS! gooodluck and aw hi! tiktok serves a purpose now. hahahaha, take care and stay safe

To add, if any of you reading this are concern about the cost you have to expense for the application to the universities, fret not because there are a lot of education agent in malaysia such as IDP and UKEC. @@ImanAlwani education agent will waive the application fees for you, not the education fees. How they work is that once you have firmly accepted the offer, they will get token/ commission from the entry fees u paid to the uni.

Hello Hanis! If I remember well, we talked via instagram correct! 1. Yes, the entire process was by email ONLY but they are very responsive and helpful so it was not much of a problem. 2. I received my scholarship BEFORE i left and that was 15 hours before I left, usually it would be weeks before, but due to COVID, the process was slowed down! But JPA will make sure you receive your allowance BEFORE you fly. So there are a few things they will cover in the first payment > Elaun Pakaian > Elaun Makan and Tempat Tinggal (3 months advance) > Elaun Penempatan (I think this allowance for you to settle down in the UK!) 3. One of the BEST things about Uni Acco is that there are no hidden fees hence, no agent fees at all!! They are there to just basically help you. You will pay only for the home! I hope this clarifies your questions! Anything feel free to just ask okie ♡

hiii there! thank you soooo much for this question, because u asked i rechecked and the MINIMUM requirement to apply for the scholarship is actually 3.50 CGPA - i think if you have this, you can be shortlisted to go for the interview already but i cannot guarantee if that’s enough to get the scholarship. ❤️ so, the question about first class becomes irrelevant, correct? but in essence, first class should be the one that is set by your university! hehe. so sorry for the incorrect info, i will try editing them in the description box and hope that people will read it 😭

hi! not a problem at all even if it isnt related. i love answering questions so here you go: i've always wanted to study abroad but i just didn't know when. what i knew was that i was going to. i've had this dream as early as i was 15! so, basically, it has been 8 years since i knew i was going to study overseas! apart from that, what enunciated it even further, which made me want to continue my masters, was when i realised i stood a chance because it felt like i finally had the opportunity (and by opportunity, i mean scholarship). and a very small portion of what drove me even harder, was my break up. i was having a very hard time and being home really distorted my progress, i was stuck at the same place for a very long time. so i knew, this had to be the year that i continue my studies FAR, away from home. and to answer your last question, i went to continue my masters alone in the UK!

@@hananaaa aaaaaaaa thank you for sharing! this really inspired me bc ive always wanted to go overseas as well and i was planning to go and do a credit transfer for my degree in the uk later this year, but the thing is ive already started my degree here and im currently half way done with my degree so im not sure if it would be a great option to transfer now as im already half way done and bc if i were to go there this year i would be all alone and the idea of being all alone scares me. So after i saw this i got the idea of going for masters instead as i reallyreally wanna study overseas but im still figuring it out, do you mind sharing your thoughts on whether the credit transfer for degree or going for masters would be a better option?
