+ElectrostarGeorge There's quite a few MK1's on the Bakerloo, one of them is 3254, you can tell because on the driver's door is the indented number box that was on the MK1s, it has been repainted but you can vaguely see it. Also aren't some of the middle DM's 67 stock too?

The mk1s have the black rubber seals around the door windows, and the windows are longer on the mk1s and shorter on the mk2s

All the Bakerloos are Mk 2, the only mk1 is stabled for use at Aldwych

There are a small number of ex Northern line 1972mk1 units in service on the Bakerloo line. It was expensive for TfL to convert them to driver only operation and to refurb, hence a few were done and there is already enough trains on the Bakerloo line.

A few mk1s were refurbished and converted to driver only operation after they were replaced by the 1995 stock on the Northern line. They were then split up to make up half the train combination with some of the mk2. Many mk1s got the chop from the Northern line, although a few cars were integrated with the 1967 stock in the middle as they did not have automatic driving equipment installed.

That has been scrapped with its components recovered as spare parts to keep the other Bakerloo 72s going.
