Love the theatre! I've recently resigned up to the ATG pass again because there's so much on that I want to see so we've got lots booked and still a few more to book on my list. We watched Aladdin last night and loved it. We saw it in the West End years ago and no-one will ever be better than Trevor as genie I don't think but it was still fantastic. Next month I'm watching & Juliet with my Dad and Hairspray with my friend. Yes! To New York Broadway trip please x

Love this! My son is at uni in Nashville getting his degree in Musical Theatre. His school just got back from a trip to London. He saw 10 or so shows (musicals and plays) while he was there and Hadestown was his least favorite too. Love following along on all your adventures!!

@@brogantatexo He loved Les Mis! He also loved the audience interaction in Guys and Dolls. The show is in the round and the audience was actually part of the action, and they had a dance party on stage with some of the cast after the show. He also loved London Tide at the National and Player Kings (mostly because he got to meet Ian McKellen after the show 🙂). Lots of great theatre on the West End!

We had a two day two show London weekend, ABBA on Saturday and Starlight Express on Sunday. Starlight is like the original show on steroids, it's such an intimate venue you really feel the immersion, it's all literally in your face. Effects, lighting, staging, acting, skating, music, all absolutely spot on. As good as Back to the Future, possibly even better!

I don’t actually think booking in advance does saviour on the theatre. Perhaps the direct with the theatre prices for mean girls are lower than the TodayTix prices because TodayTix is the ticketing agency?

Normally TodayTix is similar or sometimes slightly inflated, but not by £100 more? We paid £70 and some similar seats were £170. Still in previews too. Either way, I agree that it doesn’t always pay but is worth it. Frozen for example, I paid £50 each for Royal Circle before the cast were announced, and then the prices tripled xx

Loved this, me and my sister are doing a London weekend trip at the end of the month where we are seeing Matilda on one day and then frozen the next day, we only booked frozen again because we saw it was closing and we just had to see it one more time before it closed 💕

Love the honest reaction to Hadestown. I saw the original cast (who were amazing) on Broadway - but didn’t get the story at all. A couple years later it came to Toronto on tour as part of a subscription I have. I read up and this time really liked it - so much I chose to see it a third time!

What a day! Thank goodness you managed to fit everything in. Sorry you didn't like Hadestown, it's definitely a soundtrack that needs a few listens beforehand to get the gist of it. I saw it with my son on 2nd June and we just loved it. The cast are amazing, super talented. Would put it around my Top 5, possibly just below. Got a couple of Strictly shows coming up - Anton & Gio, then Layton & Nikita but then Pretty Woman on the tour. Saw it with my friends in London, so now I'm taking my Mum & Sister to see it. I love the theatre too, so loved this vlog. Two shows that I can highly recommend is Jersey Boys, and Bat out of Hell. I wasn’t certain about either but loved them both. I’m not a big meat loaf fan, but Bat out of hell story was so good, funny, sad and everything in between. Both definitely worth a try. Plus for your uk road trip, definitely do Skye, it’s breathtaking, and the fish and chip shop on the other side of the bridge, Kyle I think is incredible, and if you love seafood, try Ullapool which is near there and go to the Seaforth Arms I think it’s called on the harbour, so fresh and tasty. My husband has family up there, so been many times, you’ll absolutely love it, but if you’re going in the summer, watch out for the midgies, they are unreal at times,Avon skin so soft spray really helps. Have an amazing time, and can’t wait to see the uk tour vlogs, maybe come to Liverpool? xxx

We were both watching and when you got your phone out we shouted at the tv, don't get your phone out Brogan, especially at King's Cross! We live in Kent and our lucky to have 3 regional theatres near us, but do venture into London but just for the theatre. Last show we saw was the Tour of Blood Brothers we haven't got anything booked until August the touring production of Jesus Christ Superstar, would like to see Ghost Story 2.22 with the new cast but we only saw it march
