Im interested in being a barber too. But all of a sudden, I've become more interested on you
@autonomyseeker60825 жыл бұрын
same here, i've never even cut hair before though. Which is the only thing holding me back from taking the course and becoming a barber, after all the schooling cost is a big investment you have to make. Just curious what made you interested in barbering?

Great video. I always wanted to be a police officer. I was even a police explorer for 5 years as a teen. But I realized that lifestyle wasn't for me. And the lifestyle of a barber felt more fitting for me. my family doesn't understand really how I can make a big Change of career's so suddenly but I'll show them that I can still be successful as a barber. I'm 18 years old and I can't wait for barber school and for the journey thats ahead!! Thanks for the video it really motivates me to keep going.👌💯

its a hell of a career if you like doing it and are good at it

It can be a great sideline job, but even better to be doing it everyday if you love it. Then it will never feel like work.

@@autonomyseeker6082 Hi Anthony, that's amazing that you are interested in wanting to become a barber. If you like to work with your hands, are somewhat creative and a peoples person that cares about providing a service that will never die out, then barbering could be the answer for you! We also want to let you know that we don't not have an academy in Vancouver. We are currently solely based in the united Kingdom.

Being a barber totally sucks believe me people are mostly unable to tell you what they want and it goes down hill from their and you don’t get paid enough and no pension or benefits 💯👎🏼

Freedom? Haha. If you're commision, You'll never get time off especially important holidays, Your boss making 5 or 10 bucks is more important than your kids birthday party that youre late to. You have no benefits of being an independent contractor except higher taxes.. Treated like an employeee but get a 10-99..no retirement, no healthcare.. Oh, but you can have face tattoos..

Yeah it can be harder depending on who you work for. Of course if you are in the position to own your own shop mobile barber then that is great! We think it's all about finding the right person to work for until you can branch out on your own. Thanks for the feedback
