Please feel free to find fault in this post so that we may improve on it. Q. What's the difference between everybody being rich and money not existing? A. No difference. So with that being said in order for the current monetary system to work we need the rich, middle and poor, hence why the homeless issue hasn't been resolved cause the homeless issue is part of societies template. Solution A: change societies template so needing the homeless to exist is no longer a requirement. If solution A is not possible. Solution B: Make homeless life as comfortable as possible. How? Equipment (customized to make it easily identifiable as homeless issued so to prevent resell): Issue every homeless person the best outdoor ultra strong, ultra light weight sleeping bag, bivi bag (water proff sleeping bag liner), roll matt, ruck sack, clothing and basic essentials. Skills: Have centers that teaches the homeless survival skills. i.e how to stay warm (3 layer ststem) Health and hygiene, first aid, and etc.... (just knowing how to keep up the basic health and hygiene will already save the NHS millions££ every year). Food: Most business that deals with food tend to give whatever is destin for waste to the homeless (so teach which foods to avoid, that too will also save the NHS millions££ every year). I have more ideas to add but that will be all for now.
