This song meant a lot to me in 1999 when I was in New York. I listened to the CD on a yellow discman. Those were great times.

Pertenece a una etapa más melódica e íntima. He tenido la suerte de verles dos veces en vivo, en 2007 y 2009. Ya tengo ganas de verles de nuevo...Bunnymen forever.

a real nice song from a really nice album. chumps who think all of the worthwhile music from these guys were done only in the 80's are really missing out js.

Let's go and take a starlit drive To where the shaping of our lives Had just begun...when we were young When everything was coming right In all our dreams of love and life And we would run...into the sun Get in the car We're taking a ride We're looking for stars We're looking for satellites Of love Of love Changes coming changes gone We just want to be someone Behind the tears...behind the tears Nights and days go on and on And things are coming out all wrong And no one hears...and no one hears So, get in the car We're taking a ride We're looking for stars We're looking for satellites Get in the car We're taking a ride You'll be the star I'll be your satellite Of love Of love Let's go and take a ride To all those starry nights We used to fly upon...when we were young When everything was coming right In all our dreams of love and life And we would run...into the sun Nothing's gonna get me down

I was living on 1st & Pike(homeless) winter of 1999. Deeply strung out, dealing to support my habit looking for a way out. The Death of my Grandmother on February 14th down in Eugene sent me home to face my life…so I got in the Car.

Late to the party. This is the album that made me fall in love with them. Then I heard Flowers and became obsessed and bought everything they ever made.

such a wonderful song from an underrated album. Mac, older, wiser, but far from done.

It's like listen Ashcroft.

Supposedly, Mac was unfaithful to his spouse, so he composed this album as an apology to her.

Please do not deny it sounds like Ashcroft.

Ashcroft sounds like them, they were here long before he was around ;)

It has a resemblance to U2, even a tone like Bono's voice.
