Thanks for the video. Really enjoyed it! I remember asking the salesperson if I could remove the stickers myself. They had to come off in the store. I removed them and he inspected my work afterwards. Theres a special feeling when doing that. I can't quite describe it. The daytona looks very elegant with the slim lugs. It cought my eye this time. And that pen looks very special with the screw cap. Never saw that model. I can't wait for the video on the full collection! There have been quite some changes in the collection over time 😄

It does have the AR coating under the glass only. It may have started with with these ceramic Daytonas. You can confirm but seeing by double circles in the LEC

That plastic container is exactly what my replica came in from China and it was the daytona also it looks fantastic and cost was 700 bucks and runs good I took it too a watchmaker and had a COA on it he was impressed with it. These are beautiful watches real or fake.

How on earth did you get hold of that pen? I asked at my AD after they did a service but they couldn't give me one, what would have been more usefull was a cleaning cloth/ gloves but the answer was negative as well. Not that I want to complain about the service because it is outstanding as you'd expect. Great video buddy, can't wait to see the full collection again!

The current steel Daytona is BY FAR The most difficult Rolex to get at retail...anywhere in the world. In fact, it’s one of the most difficult watches to get at retail across all brands. It’s basically 0%. I can tell you that in the north east United States, the Rolex ADs stopped even taking names. If you’re willing to wait a few years, you might be able to get your hands on a Pepsi and definitely a steel sub. But the steel Daytona remains untouchable. And the damage done by Covid has done nothing to help, that’s for sure lol but good luck. Never say never (except when it comes to the Daytona 😂).

I have a question: I already have 2 watches but from brands where the value drops the moment you buy it. That's why I decided not buy any more watches that goes down in value. Since Rolex launched this 116500LN I loved the design but because it was out of my budget I never could buy it. Now I'm in a better situation and I'm thinking again of buying this one. Unfortunately on the grey market they are now way more expensive (around 24.000euro) Do you think this model still will go up in value or hold atleast it's value. Or does it have the risk to fall down?
