Hi, there is a case of interesting conversation in a small part of a watch fan group I am part of. I want to ask you few questions, because you were pointed as a "credible source of truth". So the story is this: there's some random video of a paid commie BRICS so called... "influencer" (The Rohrs Team - rohrsteam) that spreads the idea that all Swiss Watches are made in China and nothing is located in Switzerland. A random woman that is apparently part of the group for some reason, said that her husband knows you personally (and by her words she said you are very good friends) since you share love for the "Davidoff" cigars and she said it is 101% true, because you also said that this is the case. My questions are the following: 1. What is your source, did you see this personally with your own eyes? 2. Do you think Switzerland are stupid enough to give their precious "know - how" to a country which government is communistic and corrupted to the core. 3. Do you consider the outsourced bracelet and clasps manufacturing to be the reason of "well they are all made in China"? 4. If all of them are made in China 100%, then why was my Omega Speedmaster serviced at Biel/Bienne CH? Is it possible that the manufacturing machines of the delicate movements are located there? If they are in China why was my wait time and service so fast and no wait for exotic and complex parts was needed? 5. If you believe that all of this BS is true - why do you keep buying these "Swiss Chinese" things? If you choose to ignore or leave the comment without a reply - then it is safe to assume that this is nothing more than a blatant commie propaganda by China that's spreader by paid and bought influcencers in order to undermine the Swiss watch industry, same way they undermined UbiSoft. nice video, the las time i washed my breitling superocean, i used a teeth water flosser just for the stainless steel mesh bracelet, and really remove the dirt of it, even previously washed with a soft toothbrush

I bought the Aquanaut 5167R I can dress up or dress down and still looks good. I don't think Nautilus always looks good when I'm wearing a basic tee and everybody's getting the Nautilus that's why I chose Aquanaut.

Batman for me. Tried many GMTs and Subs. Own a Batman, it always rekindle my love for GMT (2 tone bezel) when I look at it. The contrast is much more “alive”. With the half black bezel it brings me class and earnest. Another half blue bezel brings me fun and inner joy through the good times as well as the bad. Most importantly I can wear it formal and informal. 🖤💙

I recently bought the Rolex Deepsea 18k gold after trading three other watches and several pieces of very expensive jewelry. The watch was brand new but it did have three very minor fine scratches on one of the polished sides that was on the same side as the crown, and another minor scratch on the opposite polished slide of the watch, the side that has the helium escape valve. Then there were several very small scratches on one of the polished links of the bracelet on each end near the clasp. I covered the entire watch and bracelet with masking tape except for the parts that needed polishing. Using a jeweler’s rouge polishing cloth that has one side for removing scratches and the other side for buffing I was able to remove all the scratches and the watch weighed almost exactly the same as before I started. This is because the amount that is buffed off is microscopic. Finally when I was done I took off all the masking tape and my watch looked as if it just came out of the Rolex factory. It was brand new to begin with anyways, so that helped. But the cloth definitely helped. I had also ordered protective clear plastic stickers from Amazon made specifically for the Rolex Deepsea, and this being the gold version, I applied the clear stickers to each of the shiny sides on the watch case, and the other stickers I applied to the shiny links on the bracelet. Finally, and this is the hilarious part, I applied the circular screen protector to the sapphire crystal even though I know that it’s scratch proof 😂😂😂

Thank you for the nice comparison. NGL, I just prefer my Seiko 5 SNXS79 and safe the other 99% money for something more useful. Like ice cream ;D However, between those two the Patek dial looks nicer, but I guess the Rolex movement is more reliable AND less service intensive.
