Was that first spot where you caught bass (with the water outlet pipe) just north of the pond system off Mazourka Canyon Rd? Having a little trouble finding it on Google Earth. Great video! Tight lines!

Pretty close, just another spot along the Owens River that meanders by the road. Closer to Lone Pine though. Thanks for watching 🤙

Scott let me know if you want to know where it’s at. I can give you more spots with great fishing in that same area

Nice way to film your fishing adventures! Next time throw some moving baits, it's more action while you bait and wait!👍

I was going to try and fish that pond for some bass, never mind you guys ate them.

Population of bass is plentiful up there, will be even better once the Owen River goes down again. Best of luck finding fish

Awesome trout fishing I love trout fishing too bad around here the population has declined so much I am a young kid I do a KZbin channel for fishing called fish for dinner I recently just did some trout fishing and there was none there and just last year I was there and there was lots as catching them about five at a time each time I went now there is known and here they do not stalk at all not even once so it is all on the anglers to keep a steady population I live watching trout fishing such beautiful fish I recently caught my pb bass though 38 inches long!! Monster bass😊
@WildCaughtOutdoors3 жыл бұрын
I love trout as well, the first fish I grew up chasing were rainbow trout. They are getting trickier to chase, but the big ones are still out there! Congrats on your bass, hopefully we’ll be able to break some PBs this year as well!! Keep your videos coming

Nice fish. Been to most places in Lone Pine. Where is that nice beach with the picnic bench if you don't mind?

Trout season just closed for the Sierras, but you can still fish Diaz Lake or the Owens River

Dude, if you haven’t seen it yet, right above where you go list go is Cerro Gordo. Check out Brent underwood’s KZbin page on the town he is rebuilding up there.

I have seen that! So rad, I want to buy land out in the Eastern Sierras so badly. Such a gorgeous area

You should go do a catch and cook with Brent! That would be an awesome collab!

Where did you guys camp? Was it dispersed camping or did you pay to camp somewhere?
@WildCaughtOutdoors2 жыл бұрын
We paid to camp. Most campsites in the Owens Valley are reasonably priced and with all the big fires now a days, they won’t let you have fires in dispersed camping
@MuddyBootsOutdoors2 жыл бұрын
@@WildCaughtOutdoors What campsite is that if you don't mind sharing, looks like a good site where you got some privacy and not worry about news and disturbing others nearby
