Kinda reminds me of the Snow Creature episode. A Nut who trained snow creatures at the sound of a whistle to respond and obey his commands.Great episode!

This one...ooo-eee-ooo. The story is simple-minded kiddy stuff like the rest of the show, but visually it's a unique experience --the darkly styled Format look and feel lend themselves to the narrative, and it all looks really creepy and frightening. The way the wolves move about like shadows with fangs and devil eyes--and the Master himself looks like something not exactly human, with his fangs and long moon-white hair

This episode sounds like TWWW episode "The night of the wolf". How ever, the " wolf master" used drugs to enhance his wolfs abilities to repel pain.

Nowadays they'd call it "woke" because Lone Ranger wasn't the main star of the episode, but rather his minority sidekick. The whole "anti-woke" thing is a modern grift.
