Dski, I have this grill on order through LSG. Are you satisfied with the 24x48 adjustable? Can’t find any KZbin cooks on this grill.

I continue to fail on getting a video out on this grill. Forgive me. I can tell you that there is plenty of room to get a full chimney on either side. I will do a cook on this grill soon.

I keep reading comments in forums about this adjustable grill having an open bottom beneath the ash pan in the fire box. is that still the case or has it. been upgraded to have a metal floor in the box???

Thanks John. Happy Fathers day to you as well. Not sure if I can get the fryer added. I'm a little behind on getting this video posted and have since added the stainless steel sink in the area I described. Have a good weekend my friend!

Great video and that grill is amazing. I thought pretty hard about getting one a few years ago but never did and got some others instead. One tip I have for you is to get some wheel covers for the wheels and spare. It will prolong the life of them from sun damage. I do this for all of my trailers.
@DskiGrillz2 жыл бұрын
Thanks for the tip Wayne. I will do this soon.

Love the review. Im torn between this grill and the Patron. We grill and smoke but the pizza option on the Patron has my intrest….Any advice?
@DskiGrillzАй бұрын
@@jackstrawfromwitchita5978 I was just looking at pizza ovens and my wife told me NO!!! Lol. I have 13 Grills so i guess I should understand. The lone star trailer pit is one of my favorite smokers so i guess I’m stuck with the pizza stone accessory for my Weber summit charcoal grill. Probably didn’t answer your question but I feel you should definitely consider the pizza option if that’s your interest, especially if you already own a smoker. Hope this helped.

It’s your brother from an Australian mother here mate, I’m keen to know if you do this for a living or enter comps, I’m considering doing this full time myself and am wondering if it’s worth it financially, I’m keen to start up a smoking business with either a trailer or food truck but am unsure which direction to go in, cheers any advice would be invaluable to me
@DskiGrillz2 жыл бұрын
My brother from an Australian mother, I currently do catering part time/on weekends. I'm like you, kinda hard to quit the day job as responsibilities/bills don't stop. It's very lucrative but I'm hesitant to take that "leap of faith" into making it my sole source of income. I do however have a plan to hopefully get there in the next year or two. Decisions decisions! My advice to you is to truly understand where you are at and build a base of supporters part time which will allow you to assess if it's the right move to make. I wish you luck in whatever choice you make! Thanks as always for the support my Aussie friend!!

Good morning. Sadly to say, I still haven't done the 1st cook on the adjustable charcoal grill. I've been so busy using the smoker for large cooks and haven't taken the time to use it. I will however rectify that soon. When I do, I will cook with splits and let you know. Have a great Sunday!

Nice! Would a low and slow brisket turn out just as good on that as it would on the traditional offset?
@DskiGrillz Жыл бұрын
I’ve yet to try it. This grill hasn’t gotten the love since purchase as I’m generally smoking large quantities of meats for catering events. I need to give it a go soon. I do feel that by having the coals on one sig=de of the grill and the brisket on the other, It will turn out wonderful. Thanks for checking out the video.
