When I was about 25 (1981) another intern and I get in the elevator with a messenger who has just dropped off a package at the reception desk. We go down one floor and two women get on the elevator, and one woman is telling the other woman about her and her friend's Saturday night. How they went to a bar and met a couple of nice guys who bought them drinks all night and kept them entertained in conversation. She said, "They were good guys but we didn't want anything to do with them." She's saying this in front of me, the scrawny nerd, and the black guy bike messenger, and my cohort, like we were a couple of cockroaches who didn't understand English. We go down a dozen floors and the two women get out. The doors close and we start back down to the lobby, the bike messenger says to no one in particular, "That's why you don't do nothin' for 'em. You spend your hard earned money and at the end of the night you standin' there like Booboo the fool."

The girl saying that confidence is all that matters is probably the first person to call an ugly confident guy a creep for hitting on her
@230mps
@230mps Жыл бұрын
I'm soo glad I'm hearing more people talk about ugly confident guys. I hate when people say that women get with guys for confidence. It's bull crap because it doesn't matter if she isn't attracted to him. Yes confidence is attractive. but it's like the 7th thing they look for. They just pretend it's the most important. In fact, commonly when a physically unattractive man is confident it makes them angry because it challenges their common lies about confidence being more important than looks and everything else they stack against you. They want soo bad to think that only hot guys are confident. When a physically unattractive guy is confident, it makes no difference. At best, confidence will make a woman a little more attracted to you than she would be already. This is all before we start talking about how women commonly mistake arrogance and carelessness for confidence while simultaneously mistaking mild nervousness for creepiness and malicious intent, as well as complete lack of self esteem and lack of capability of pretty much everything a man could to to please a woman.

@@kylespevak6781 I disagree that it's a "skill," but it's definitely something that an individual can cultivate rather than something that they either naturally have or don't. What you say to a chick depends on what lines your unconscious mind feeds you to say-- and sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. And some neanderthals come off as "confident" because they don't know they're being rejected and persist through the rejection until they get past the finish line, which is why women are now more averse to "bro rape" than ever.

I don't believe she expects the man to "present himself as abusive". It's like when you approach the woman as the typical nice guy, the personality of the person won't come to show and everybody can be overly nice. I believe women appreciate more men who present themselves authenitcally without trying to make a certain impression to the woman, cause your personality makes you more unique. Otherwise you could feel like the guy is wearing a mask just in order to get down to something with a woman (by mask I don't mean that in reality they are bad or what not, just like they don't present themselves as the person they are every day or with friends)

They are just biologicaly indiferent to male suffering unless its a top 10% men who she has a relationship with. And still she Will try and take advantage of it. I genuinely believe they are biological wired to extract resources. Men are in a rough shape in these days, and women are doing great in their self esteem, but females have fallen low from their traditional role. Good men cant respect or commit to imoral women.

Girl at 13:13 summarizes great. You have to be confident in rejection and also clear in your intentions. If you spend more time thinking about how can you "be nice" it sends mixed signals. Being straight forward helped me to have more sex than when I was this "considered dude". You get rejected A LOT, but you're more suited to find people attracted to you. Also, guys HYGIENE ITS VERY, VERY IMPORTANT.

@@NSUTurtle YES! But being nice shouldnt be considered something you use to obtain sex in exchange. That's where the idea goes south. Be nice without expecting anything. The world needs it. Be confident and accept rejection if you want to have a girl, hookup, etc.

Being nice and honest is the bare minimum my guy. Women love decisive dudes who make clear their intentions, then they’ll go from there. It doesn’t mean they don’t appreciate kindness, they eat that shit right up. Now are you yourself currently inclined/pressured to have sex with every girl who is nice to you? I wouldn’t think so. Often enough they’ll just think you’re being nice and that’s it. So that is where you be straightforward like our friend here said, and don’t worry about her decision. So to recap: 1. Don’t expect the maximum for the bare minimum. 2. Be decisive and very open about what you want. 3. Understand it’s not end of the world. If you’ve ever searched for a job then you’ll know it may take some time before a YES. Also love yourself first. If you can’t, how can you expect anyone else to?
@NSUTurtle
@NSUTurtle Жыл бұрын
@@kamikazelombardo See that's the very problem. Women have stereotyped men in thinking that any time a man projects kindness he expects sex afterwards. It takes two to tango. That guy can have all the intentions he desires but if a girl decides to look past those intentions , he pulls the f-boy trick and she shattered that's on her.

@@serbu4169 Ok. I'm going to admit up front I stopped reading your comment halfway through. Anytime someone starts a comment with "my dude" the condescending BS is just moments away. On top of that you obviously had an agenda in watching this episode. You're talking about some foolishness about loving yourself and how you shouldn't be expecting things. Review my comment. I make two calls of action . One to guys about honest intentions and legit kindness. The second to gals who can stand to return that kindness with worthwhile conversation. Especially since most of you want us to work for attention while chasing the same girls who display false intentions.

What's interesting is that I've found if you openly reject women when they try to make their availability apparent, they become more humble. They tend to get pissy and jump onto the next guy, but when that next guy rejects her as well, there's a pretty solid chance she'll spiral into depression and actually reflect on herself and her actions. This has become an unfortunate necessity, because the average woman never has to learn any accountability in their life and has to be reality checked for that to happen. 🤷‍♂️

I think the point of this channel while exposing some truth is that things are not often so easy or cut and dry mainly because when you are asking one person a question you only get a one sided answer where there are more than 1 variable in this equation. Things like guys need to be shamed to be better but it shouldn't be to the point where feminists have taken it. Women need to be shamed to not be sluts and to ultimately be submissive if they want to be in a happy relationship with a traditional guy. Part of the reason all of us are not getting the outcomes we are looking for is that we are not doing our part or putting forth the personal sacrifice that being a good relationship requires. Everyone is behaving selfishly and everything is thinking if they are being selfish why not me too? If you do your part in terms of self sacrifice and the woman doesn't reciprocate that is a simp and vice versa is a bad boy. Yet the complicated middle ground is that both parties sacrifice IE simp for each other.

"We choose whether we let a man have sex or not...". Yet when a man points out that all the men who have done women dirty are ones they choose and therefore it's their bad decision making/vetting process that is at the root cause we're blaming "the victim". The woman saying that nice guys are to busy (I'm paraphrasing) putting on an act instead of being who they are makes no sense with that statement. Are there guys who put on an act to try to get with women... yes. That's not the vast majority of men. Even if we were to say that it is. where did that idea come from? It came from women saying they want a guy who can be their best friend. The seed was planted and some men took the bait. Most of the dudes getting laid aren't guys taking that route because they know it's a dead end.

This just showed the diametric nature of Men and Women. Ladies, you can sleep with as much men as you like, BUT, there is a downside and that is being slut-shamed by the masses and likelihood of marrying will decrease significantly. Gentlemen, you don't have to sleep with a TON of women at all, it's fine, BUT be prepared for the jokes and mockery coming your way. And the amount of physical loneliness and insecurity you feel will increase significantly. We all have choices, and with those choices, there's consequences. Loved the way that glasses girl with the chest tattoos said she was more traditional. Shame about all the ink because she seemed to mainly have her head on straight with most questions.

The buying the drink thing is literally out the window for most guys because a lot of guys do that to literally the same woman in the club all the time and she just gets all of her drinks for free and gives none or only one her time and attention. At best she'll spare 15 minutes on each guy and then you know disappear and find the next one to get her a drink. That is a tactic that can happen. So really if you're going to go to the drink route it's a huge Gamble you're taking which quite literally is going to determine whether or not you just wasted your money for nothing.
