it's honestly crazy the empathy ben has considering his childhood. he never got the sense of real love and caring but he shows it to devi so naturally. he has so many reasons to hate devi but he always forgave her and made sure she knew he was there for her. even if it wasn't mutual.

It's so obvious that Ben and Devi are endgame. Season one ended with them kissing and season two ended with Ben realizing she had feeling for him the whole time. She's always had a deeper connection with Ben. They opened up to each other abt their family issues and have a lot more common interests. Paxton has given her mixed signals and publicly embarrassed her the whole show while Ben made it clear he was all in. Also the fact that the show even says that she only cares about Paxtons looks an popularity is a big sign that they're not endgame. But she never truly knew Paxton, only just the idea of getting with the popular guy and her achieving being popular in highschool which is wht she focused on in s1 and s2. The relationship between Paxton and Devi seems like it’s only surface level and not much deeper than that. Their relationship seems to be much more about kissing and making out instead of their expressing emotions and showing their genuine feelings. Paxton is so cold and distant still just because he had enough balls to show up to a dance doesn’t immediately mean he’s the picture perfect guy if he becomes less of a distance person and actually starts opening up a lil bit more to Devi and isn’t afraid to actually show her off than I’ll start shipping them but haven’t you noticed even in season one he’s been ashamed to be seen around her even before the whole two timing incident. 👀

Paxton took her to the hospital after the coyote accident, he helped her out of the pool, he drove her home when he saw her crying outside, and even after Devi basically ruined his life he still risked his social life and showed his affection to Devi in public. 3. It's already been explained in the end of the season that she has always chosen him. She liked him, way more than Paxton. Once he started to get over Devi is when he starts becoming friendlier and sweeter to her. Ben’s heart was completely crushed was not afraid to show it, unlike Paxton who always puts his ego first. Such a great video! Originally I was team Paxton BUT after seeing this video I believe Bens a better match. Update: Re-watching again, added #4 below Team Ben, could the writers be dropping hints in music and clothing that Bevi is endgame? 1. In Malibu, Ben is wearing navy with white polka dot when they kiss. At the dance, Ben is wearing a white with what looks like navy polka dots. Coincidence they are they inverse? 2. When Ben asks Devi to be his girlfriend, he’s wearing a green shirt with colorful floral print. At the dance, Devi is wearing a green dress with colorful floral embroidery. Are they meant to complement each other in the end? 3. Paxton and Devi’s kiss when he says he came as her bf begins with the song “Love Goes,” making it seem like this is it. even though at the end Paxton finally put a label on them and let them be seen in public, I think Devi deserves ben. he was never embarrassed of her, and he would give his life just to make sure she's okay. Paxton is really shallow, honestly. I used to be team Paxton, but ben is so much better.

Geez, I like Ben more. He may not be tall, muscular and popular but he is Ben. He is sweet, handsome (for some), cute, intelligent. He and Devi are still teasing each other, like wth, it's so CUTE and funny. And Ben and Devi have similar interests, they understand each other. Like, yeah, Paxton is super cool...but he and Devi ? It doesn't sounds good to me... BEVI all the way ❤️🥺.

At first I was team Ben but after a few more episodes I went onto team Paxton. I can't wait for Season 3!!
