Damn that looks good with the skirts on! I remember when I was looking for mounting brackets and hardware for cruiser skirts trying to save a buck I found that curtain-hanger brackets have alot of similaritys with cruiser skirt brackets. And they are usually powdercoated black or white.

thats good to know. yes alot of things can and will work just fine. theres no need to follow the crowd and pay a bunch of money for nuts and bolts.

Looks nice! On my 57, the carpet was similar with the correct sills. I bought 63/63 and trimmed them to length and they worked good

i got them from a guy on IG. they were about 750 with hardware and they are mirror polished. they are nice pieces.

It's a great reference. I couldn't see how to attach the front side of the cruiser skirt. Please tell me how to install it. I have the bracket shown in the video.

I got the same kit from fender skirt for my 59. I realized the fox craft and turnpike are both 12x60 but the turnpike cruisers (original design) off of the 57 Mercury have that rear bracket built into them. Also I realized the fox craft have the gap at the end of the rear of the skirt and front. The turnpikes are solid all the way on the bottom flange. Good to know so I can mount mine I have the same style fox craft. Just need to find the hockey puck trim and scuff guards. Do you still have the center AC vent or did you sell it ?

there is a guy on IG that makes the scuff gaurds and hockey trim, its also reproduced on available on ebay. I sold the center AC vent a while back.

no but its just generic edge molding. its really cheap. and if its the wrong one, just return on amazon until you get one that works!
