You have those slow camera pans and then those incredibly fast transitions. It's more calm when you cut rather than when you transition like that every 2 seconds.

I was lucky enough to go there 2 years ago for TwitchCon at the Long Beach Convention Center (the round building with the sea life mural) and even though I didn't get to see much (bad time management on my part), I enjoyed the experience and the wonderfully hot weather.

Did you use LAANC approval to fly inside the 5mi radius of Long Beach airport? I need to return to LB since it's easy to get flight approval now. I've flown the Carnival ship, and the sea container lot, but the Marina is over the 5mi line, as well as the city.

Tom Spurlock the closest I’ve been flying to Torrance Municipal Airport was 6.5miles so never have been closer than 5miles from it... That Carnival ship really looks encouraging and definitely that’s one of our top bucket list thing to do now... Thanks for watching... I’m really appreciate your time spent on watching my videos... @@TAPPChannel it's not the Torrance airport that's a concern. The Long Beach airport is nearby, less than 5 miles from downtown Long Beach

I just checked... According to google maps its 5.4 miles... And all of those shots are at 250ft height anyway...

@@TAPPChannel I'm not sure how you are measuring with Google map, but if you use the right click "Measure Distance" function in Google Maps, the center of the Long Beach airport is exactly 5 miles from the Queen Mary, matching the AirMap.com graphical representation I was referencing. Anything NE of the Queen Mary is within 5mi, which includes the marina and downtown Long Beach. Using the LAANC system within AirMap for approval for quick authorization is easy if you have Part 107 certification. At 4mi it's typically easily get a 100ft flight ceiling approval for the 1 mile quadrants you plan to fly.

So true. I'm here now visiting for a week and this place is full of homeless tent city's everywhere. And lots of ghetto slum neighborhoods not far from where these shots were taken. No I'm not shitting on this place. Its is amazingly beautiful where the tourist hang out. But you definitely got to be careful in some areas.
