hmm, i didnt have it in the beginning. It was heavy for me too, i just focus on training a sertain way. Many skip the basic and rush to harder tricks. Then it will never look good ☺️ Btw, did you see the new video i post today? ☺️🙏🏻

how heavy should the ball be to freestlye? and also, to practice long combo, is it better to start with practicing consecutive same tricks first (such as consecutive htw, consecutive atw, consecutive hatw) or is it better to start with practicing different tricks in combo(-htw-atw-htw-atw- , -atw-hatw-atw-hatw-)?

What are your tips for doing atw after doing htw with the other leg? I cant give the ball enough spin. Do you jump a little bit during atws? Do you move your leg sideways to get more spin or upwards to get more height, the ball seems to stick to my feet if I do atw after htw...
