Long Island Backyard Walkthrough - Discussing All Aspects of Mike's Outdoor Renovation

This is one of my older and first projects I have ever finished as JAS Aquatics. I came back after a few years, and look at the yard, still completely in tact and looking better than ever.
We wanted to capture the client's interest in Florida and vacation, and bring it to Long Island.
This yard primarily features a SAN Juan Pleasure Island Fiberglass Pool, which the customer absolutely loves. It is easy to maintain, and does not turn colors. On top of that, we added in a water feature wall and waterfall set with LEDS to match the vibrant impact the rest of the yard shows off.

Construction: There is no “one-size-fits-all” explanation regarding the construction process, as it will depend largely on the particulars of each unique design. Timelines are dependent on the scale and complexity of the project. However, construction involves the completion of five key steps: excavation, inspections, tile and masonry, decking, and surface.
