So he was upset and was going across the street to purchase liquor from the liquor store. There is a video of a woman who videoed him because he almost ran her over, that's how fast he was going. At that light, there was a car in front of him, and because the light was red, he went around that car, lost control, and went into the nail salon. People, not everything is racial. I hate when people talk 💩without doing any research.

My personal opinion is that anyone given a dui should lose their license for 3 years and lose it for life if you get a second one. That should be the rules even if no one is hurt but if they re hurt or killed then it should be mandatory you lose license for life and go to prison for no less than 15 years. That may be harsh but there is no excuse for anyone who has had a drink to drive.

His second DUI? It's just like the man about the same age who lived up the street and hit our apartment and tore up our railing, then I saw him driving another car! He also hit me while I was in my parked car months before. A lot of people get away with driving dangerously, even motorcylists doing wheelies on the freeway! A group of teens went by me on their motorbikes and threw a bottle of water at my car. All in Santa Monica, CA.
