I kind of get where he’s coming from, but twenty three years is a long time to wait to have a DNA test. But let’s not forget he was incarcerated for sixteen of those years. Maybe if he didn’t get himself locked up he would have done it sooner. But end of the day he’s only got himself to blame. The defendants actions by naming her daughter and her daughters child by her exes name was downright wicked and vindictive, and would definitely raise suspicion in anyones mind. I’m glad that at least he got his answer. What makes him look worse though, is having the gaul to ask for the overpayment back, considering he hadn’t paid anything for sixteen years. He may have wanted to satisfy his own suspicions with the DNA test, but by asking back for the overpayment, he showed that he has bitter feelings towards the mother. Naming those kids after her ex has really hurt him deeply, and she did that out of sheer spite because he was cheating on her when they were living together. She even had the Gaul to invite the same ex onto the stand, wow she foul and still bitter. Hope the daughter can find it in herself to forgive him, but by the way she looks so brainwashed by the mother, I doubt she will.

If he was incarcerated for 16 years, and he hadn't paid in 16 years, it stands to reason he was unable to pay because be was INCARCERATED. The fact that he did pay it off and in fact overpaid tells me he was paying regularly after he was released. There are people out here who still owe tens of thousands in child support. My exwife's father still owes back child support which now directly goes to her since she's an adult (43 years old right now). He deliberately works cash only jobs and gets paid under the table to avoid garnishment.
