Regarding shooting with injuries: Who cares what it looks like, or what anyone else says. If it's comfortable for you and you can make hits, it isn't wrong. Use a gimbal head, front and rear bipod, front and rear bag, rig a crane to your truck to hold up the rifle and you aim the thing. Whatever you need. It's fine, anyone that says it isn't probably shouldn't be in your social circle.
