Long River - Bonnie Dobson (Gordon Lightfoot cover)

Bonnie Dobson was active in the folk renaissance of the 60s and has recently returned to the recording studio. Her Lightfoot covers are more than decent. But I've got a problem of a personal nature. Her voice reminds me of Joan Baez, and I long so deeply for some Joan Baez covers of Gordon Lightfoot. Why, why, oh why is there this gaping hole in the universe? I recently saw the "Joan Baez 75th Birthday Celebration" on tv. Stunning - her voice is more beautiful and majestic than ever. Now is her prime. What's it gonna take to make this happen? Apologies to Ms. Dobson for interrupting her moment on the internet stage.
