Hey guys, I just wanted to let you know that THIS video got me into trying inline skating at the age of 45 because Eugen looked so fun and relaxed doing all this stuff. I have recently bought a used pair of decent, barely used fitness skates, I'm past my 5th ride since then - nothing extraordinary yet, but I guess I'm on the right way. I love urban skating. It was always my favorite thing to do. My doctor told me to give it up (jacked up back) and I listened for a minute and sold my skates, tried to move on. I ordered new skates yesterday. This video captures everything that is good about skating freedom. Truly a great video.

I used to skate like this in Manhattan. It’s so relaxing to have so many obstacles to avoid (like cars and cracks in the cement) and you just go zen and explore and everything goes away
