सर मैं झारखंड का निवासी हू और मध्य प्रदेश के इंदौर जिले में अपनी स्नातक की पढ़ाई कंप्यूटर साइंस इंजीनियरिंग से कर रहा हु। अभी द्वितीय वर्ष समाप्त होने वाला है, लेकिन ई-कल्याण विभाग (जिसके माध्यम से छात्रवृत्ति प्रदान की जाती है) और मेरे कॉलेज को कुछ गलती के कारण मुझे प्रथम वर्ष और द्वितीय वर्ष दोनो ही बार छात्रवृत्ति नहीं मिल पाई, इसके विरुद्ध मैंने दोनो जगह शिकायत भी दर्ज कराई लेकिन कोई भी संतुष्टि वाला प्रतिक्रिया नहीं मिली। इस मामले की समूर्ण विवरण में और भी बहुत कुछ चीजें है लेकिन अभी मैं सिर्फ इतना जानना चाहता हु की क्या मैं इस मामले में कंज्यूमर कोर्ट में शिकायत दर्ज कर इतना मांग कर सकता हु की Who is the Responsible for this? Because I am very upset with this whole process for the last 2 years and my problem is not being heard anywhere... तो मैं सिर्फ इतना ही चाहता हू की जो भी Responsible ho wo scholarship ki amount provide krwaye for last 2 year and aage se iss galti ko na दोहराया जाए Please reply me. Mai last 2 year se presan hu.

I have already a member of a housing coopertive society and already residential flat uner construction for which i am paying installments in every month and expected to get possession with in 2.5 yrs. Selling price - Cost of purchase= capital gains which is taxable at 12.5%. Agar capital gains ko pura invest kar diya to 0 tax pe hoga
