I was just wondering about you the other day. Seems like you are heading in a good direction now, in that you are reaching out to people and getting back into making videos. The only way out is through it. Sweet cat by the way.

I’m sorry to hear about what has happened, Martin. A break up, separation, or divorce is never easy. But you ARE attempting to work on yourself and that’s important. We are ALL works in progress. Mental health is important and you have searched out what options are available so that is great. Do your best to eat clean. The Mediterranean diet is good too. (I’m about 85% WFPB but like occasional fish and a drop of olive oil now and then). The weather is still nice too. Long walks can be revitalizing. Feel free to take us on a few with you. Keep finding the good in life. It is there. I now keep a “Good Things Jar” in my home with a notepad and pen next to it. WHENEVER something good happens, no matter how big OR small, I write it down. That jar fills up in no time and reminds me that life is good.

Hang in there Martin. One foot in front of the other. If the day clinic has been on your mind and you can take the steps to apply, wait list or not, why not try to. When you are at the top of the list, decide then if you want to do it. I was blindsided at 30 years in when my now ex walked out right after I'd just lost my parents in the previous 6 months. I know the dark pit. Trying to figure out who I was then took a bit of time. Eat potatoes and carry on.

I am sorry... I am not sure when I subscribed to your station?? ... but I feel for you... I am so sorry... I encourage you to turn to Jesus.... I hear you saying that te last 2 yrs you were having trouble being motivated, to do even simple things... you are depressed and so you need help. Jesus came to earth as a baby, he was God in the form of a baby,... he grew up, and he learned of who he was? He started his ministry as an adult... but he already knew who he was as a child.. He said, "I and my Father are One.".... In John 14, 15, etc. He speaks of sending the Holy Spirit who would be the Comforter.... and who would lead into all truth.. and in Acts 2 before Jesus went up into heaven he said he would send the Holy Spirit .... who came down in power and tongues of fire..... This is spiritual warfare going on for you,... and if you don't turn to Jesus and follow Him, it means you are going the other way. ... I pray you will follow Jesus...
