When you are at the top of the list, decide then if you want to do it. I was blindsided at 30 years in when my now ex walked out right after I'd just lost my parents in the previous 6 months. I hear you saying that te last 2 yrs you were having trouble being motivated, to do even simple things... you are depressed and so you need help. Jesus came to earth as a baby, he was God in the form of a baby,... he grew up, and he learned of who he was? He started his ministry as an adult... but he already knew who he was as a child.. He said, "I and my Father are One.".... In John 14, 15, etc. He speaks of sending the Holy Spirit who would be the Comforter.... and who would lead into all truth.. and in Acts 2 before Jesus went up into heaven he said he would send the Holy Spirit .... who came down in power and tongues of fire..... This is spiritual warfare going on for you,... and if you don't turn to Jesus and follow Him, it means you are going the other way. ... I pray you will follow Jesus...

My cat Worf died from dry F.I.P., actually we put him down, in October 2006. The first signs were in June, the first day of World Cup Football in Germany. He did not want to eat. It was also in the high 30's, so most everyone was running to the vet with a dog or cat that stopped eating. We tried a lot, also good days and then not so good. At a clinic in Marzahn a vet suggested that we test for it. Wet F.I.P. is obvious, dry is not. There is now a treatment that is not yet approved - or it is now - in the USA. It is a medicine that came from SAR and that other camel virus - MSRA? - research. My friend did it one or two years ago - it worked! She had to pay full costs (donations, it was a few thousand dollars over several months). I'm so sorry your cats caught it, it is very contagious. Salvia is enough, they do not need a bite or blood contact. The entire lockdown with Kita and schools - total F up. I, too, live in Berlin. At least now, it's April 2022, they do not need to wear those filthy useless masks. I hope some relief and sunshine is coming back into your days. Take care brother.

Hi Martin, So sorry for your loss of Dexter and hope for a positive outcome for the rest of your family. I think the whole world needs to recover, as it's been such a hard two years.. That's a long time. If we could make progress for even one week, it could help everyone's mood and well-being. Let's all set a goal for one week that we know we can achieve, say by Christmas Day. Don't wait for New Years. Achieve one positive goal and then set another. First day is today 12-14-2021. Go team!

hiya Martin, i am so so sorry for your kitty. 🌈 I did hear that animals get covid or covid like, not really sure. Our 2 females are ok, so far, they are house kitties. I know the pain of losing a pet, many of them over the yrs, i am now 69. Me & Richie are ok too, he still working outside the home, gets $5 a day HERO pay . I am well too, still making videos , i find it kind of addictive, tell myself, no filming today, but 1st thing i know, i got the camera rolling. We had a snowstorm, 13", didn't last 2 days, rain & mild temps took it all. That was good tho, now i can go walking again. & working in the fire wood, what i love doing for movement . I had lost my 100 th lb, at my 3y5m mark & have managed to maintain too, still on the Starch solution, I mainly eat spuds for my starch, Chef AJ's way. I will be thinking about you's & praying for ur family tfs & welcome back. take care 🙏🥰

This is interesting and thanks for the update. I have been on Mcdougall program for 5 years now and I eat mostly the same everyday, and it's similar in that respect to the 'mini'. Still, there comes a time when I crave the oatmeal with some sugar and I eat it. I have that now so I have to buy some. Eating the mostly same thing greatly simplifies because I'm totally satiated and there's no unknowns like will a new dish be satiating. Good luck on your program and I have eaten a large amount of potatoes in the past on this program, and will again.

Great to see you back Martin. The trouble is people who care end up taking on the worries of the world. Doing YT vids can become a great deal of work and pressure. which is not why yo start doing them.Most people I know 'fall off the wagon' at some point. The difference between a looser and a winner is who gets back up. B&J both did recently. I did. It's life. As they say 'life gets in the way of things.' There is a phrase I try very hard to live by. most know it but not where it's from (Act 1, Scene III of the famous play, Hamlet, Polonius says:) “This above all: to thine own self be true". You can't lie to yourself. I like my Real ales far too much (NOT at addicted levels but at calorie levels). Last night the Weather was horrendous with flooding and snow. We had a 'chippy tea'. We were both worn out/tired/down. I had a meat and potato pie and chips with peas. Now I know the amount of meat in those things is low but still not a healthy meal!. Today I am back on my usual porridge etc. Do I regret last night? yes. Am I going to beat myself up about it? no. no point. What I will try to do is sort something out for next time I feel like that that will be healthier. sometimes we all need some 'comfort food'. Perhaps we shouldn't. Perhaps the rest of the world is better then you and I! I know every so often things happen and we need our' linus Security Blanket'(Snoopy Ref). When I became disabled, my world was blown out of the water. Work, marriage,health everything gone. BUT I picked myself up and tried again. That is what you are doing and that is why you are a winner. Be Well my friend
