Day 15 out of 2 MONTHS! We are attempting the LONGEST JOURNEY BY TOY CAR. We have to drive toy cars from Jacksonville FL to Key West. This will take two months of driving a toy car every single day! If you ever have a problem with the batteries in the future, you could also share the reserve batteries. If Lauren changes her batteries before it dies (maybe like after 6 miles), you can then use those batteries when your batteries die. That way you can go a lot further with 3 sets of batteries.

Maybe invest in rope or paracord? Hold things together, go 'jeep' style, tying it to the back of the other head rest. Plus, cord could double as stronger tow strap? Enjoy FL, drive safe!

It’s so funny still to me to hear that Daytona is one of the few places you can drive on the beach because growing up here I thought it was normal everywhere 🫣🤣 people not stopping for crosswalks is so on brand for the people here 🙄 fun fact: “ponce” is pronounced like “paans” like Juan Ponce DeLeon who “found” Florida and then traveled inland on the search for the Fountain of Youth; DeLeon Springs is named after him as well 💯 glad you could make it safely in a rougher neighborhood ❤️ can’t wait to keep watching as you head out of our area and farther south!! ❤️

Battery solution: you both drive 6 miles, Lauren changes for new batteries that go 10 more miles, and then you have Lauren’s half charged batteries to use later if yours run out.

If you have a chance to buy a small amount of rope you can use it for towing and when you wash your clothes in the sink. You can tie clothes to it for drying. And they won’t fly off any balcony 😂
