She was really brave to be there doing that, considering all the damage we saw that Florian did otherwise. I’m wondering if maybe that would be considered child endangerment? I mean, it’s one thing for an adult like Venomette to be doing something like that - she is married to the guy, and she’s an adult, so she can legally make her own choices as to what kind of dangerous activities she participates in. But a child? OTOH, if I had been a kid that age and had the option to perform that role, I totally would have leapt at the chance.

@ the diamonds at the dive bar up the street play infinitely better. This is the most expensive pool hall in Vegas, and has the worst conditions. Place caters exclusively to APA leagues and has shown they do not care about a serious pool players experience. Could be one of the best pool halls around if they gave a shit.

Nice, but why measure the distance from the outer edges of the tables? The outer edge doesn't matter atleast on the table that you shoot from, and I guess the width of the frame can vary depending on the model and brand. (The frame could, I guess, matter on the object table, if you are allowed to land on it first, and then land on the playing area.) I suggest measuring from the outer edge of the middle pocket on the table that you shoot from.

I agree, it should be measured from the middle pocket of the first table to the landing pocket of the second table. But if the first time it was done it was measured this way, if you want to beat it... then it should be the same. After all, depending of the table, the difference in frame size shouldn't be more than a couple of centimeters.

Why does it matter where they measure from? Most tables are uniform. The distance between the tables edges are all that matters. Changing the point of measurement just increases the number but not the reality of the distance for the record.

@@lodrbyroni It is not for increasing the number, it is for consistency between different tables. Guinness records are usually so precise that I'm surprised they didn't even measure from the exact spot of the hit to the middle of the landing pocket.

@@3k2p6 The consistency between various table brands its a good argument. Yet they give Guinness records on the most ridiculous things these days their accuracy may have taken a tumble. The rail size on tables its a centimeter or 2 at most so it makes sense they overlook it. Not saying that's the correct way to do it but it makes sense.
