I just got my stickweld 140 and am so impressed by it that once my tig torch shows up I will definitely be making a video about it. I was able to weld very thin sheet metal with 7018 excaliber 3/32 rod set on 30 amps running in my buddys garage on 110v.

Call our sales team, our model does not come with a lift TIG torch, but you can order one. Our model has a true 60% duty cycle on 110v and 220v. The Stickweld 140 has hot start so you do not need to jam your stick rod every time to strike an arc.

The little welder does a great job. But the digital read-out does not match the analog dial. I use the analog dial for amp settings. As stated burns 6010, 6011, 6013 and 7018 -----------up to 1/8 inch rods. I built a garden bedder to pull behind a 28 hp tractor using 1/8 7018 , there is a lot of pressure on the homemade bedder and it did not come apart. I like it a lot. I have used the 140 for about 2 years with no problems.

A bit confused. You mention connecting the ground but you connect it to the + (positive) terminal and you talk about the ground clamp. Are there different terms in Electricity when you are using a Stick Welder?
