I love seeing the Jello Jello peel off base coat slowly taking over Western NailTube. It's such a major part of all the Korean self-nailers, and they have some fantastic products that I wish were easier to import to the US. Their gel polishes are so good, especially the jelly ones.

@@osopetty1761 they're super expensive cause they're being sent to the US, as someone who lives in Korea, you can get some good quality ones for like 3-4 USD and the more expensive ones like the Jello Jello for example are about 8-9 USD

Been using silicone moulds for charms for a while, nothing this big, but I see no reason it won't work as long as you can cure a surface that size. It opens up a new world of endless possibilities!

Firstly, this was a bad ass set! Oh my God! I am INSPIRED NOW! You're amazing! I watched every minute of this. Next- something I learned in nail school is: To combat yellowing, a topcoat with a teeeeeeeny bit of purple nail color Dye in it will help - for future reference. That is why most acrylic liquids are purple because some tend to yellow no matter what. So they add the purple to it. 😁

It's the same thing with hair coloring! To rinse out the brassy yellow tones, use purple conditioner! Great tip!

@@Hbomb411 not just peta, every hobby aquarist and honestly any person with a little empathy. Don't put live animals in nails, please... i beg you. Small fish are very fragile creatures and putting them through all the stress and into chemicals is abuse and will result in them dying. Nothing is dope about that. Contrary to common belief fish can feel pain just like any other animal, humans are just bad at recognizing it. They just don't deserve that treatment for a short gimmick, use some plastic fish charms. please

I'm not a moron either, which is who would put a living creature inside of a nail. In the 60s and 70s they put live goldfish in platforms and then went out dancing. There's a reason why that was outlawed. I appreciate your passion in protecting innocent animals, truly I do, as I volunteered in animal shelters, done rescue and worked for an international sea turtle protection agency. I can promise you, I'm not the awful person that would ever hurt a living creature, especially for aesthetics.😊 I think the original poster was referring to putting live fish in nails which is why I made my comment, though I could've misunderstood her.

Oooh girl silicone molds are everything! You can buy a cheap let’s resin silicone mold mix and if you did something you really like. Mold it up! Nothing like a perfect mold when you’re doing your nails and want a 3D shape!

I got that basecoat after watching Emily's video aswell and I love it. I work in a warehouse moving heavy boxes for 10hrs 4 days a week and my nails actually stay on through all the rough treatment then I pop them off with the oil (it takes a few drops each finger) I love it, it saves so much time

No wonder you are so successful 😉😉 Just a hint, you may find that the bigger objects like the wings might actually be a lot cheaper when made with uv resin, it’s technically the same thing as polygel just sold in different viscosities, it’s like ordering a “cake” from a bakery and they charge you $20, but if you order a “wedding cake they charge you $300!! Same cake, different name

girl you need to get some uv resin for when you're working with molds! it's probably a lot cheaper than polygel and cures the same, but has a better consistency to prevent the problem you were having with the tips of the wings not filling up! also super clear

It’s a website called Zillabeau that sells all kind of Korean gels and yea they are expensive but they’re super nice and worth it. They all aren’t $800 but some are about $200. I also bought the jello jello because of Emily. I’ve been wanting to try it, but I knew it was sold in Korea, but thanks to Emily, we now know a seller from the United States

I'm obsessed with the clearest of the clear gels because I specialize in encapsulated nails. I can encapsulate pretty much anything and no bulk. Wait, WHAT!? New colors of patty gel?!? Girl, I'm doing my nails with you as I watch this, using your SO CUTE patty gel, and once I got used to it, I totally get this product! It stays right where I put it and doesn't just "gel" back into itself all over the place. I can get a good, strong apex with this stuff because it stays. I got 4 nails left to do as I'm typing this, and I love how I can just plop it onto the nail and go, "pat, pat" until it's exactly how I want it, very little filing when it's dry.

I love these 😍 ima resin artist I use silicone molds all day this would be a cool idea to make dramatic nail accessories and go crazy with glitter and colors it's takes about 2 seconds to fill a mold perfectly. You did an awesome job!
