As an autistic person who goes nonverbal relatively frequently, I really appreciate the way you talk about your son. Hi Evie! I just wanted to say as an autistic person (23f) I can understand the struggles you go through as a mother, though I wasn't non-verbal as a child my parents had their struggles. I promise it gets better as we age and you should be proud of yourself for being such a loving mother who doesn't make life harder for your son just because his brain works differently than yours. Much love to you and the fam ❤❤ P.s. I saw him in your last family photo on the community tab and my heart melted because I didn't smile in pictures either lol. I'm sure he's a great kid

Listening to you talk about your son made me tear up man,,, I’m also autistic, my parents had a difficult time coming to terms with my diagnosis, so hearing how caring and understanding you are is truly heartwarming. You’re really an amazing mother. I wish you and your family all of the best! :D

I hope you are doing well in life now! I work as a caregiver for adults with intellectual disabilities for an advocacy agency and sadly your story sounds so similar to so many others. I'd go to war for my peeps, they're like extended family to me, through thick and thin. I hope, whether it's blood or not, you have a family around you and people who will fight for you too. You and everyone else deserve to be loved, don't forget it!

You are just a lovely person, Evie! One of my favorite things about your channel is when you say something like, “ok I had to stop and go cook dinner / pick up the kids / GIVE BIRTH!” and then you resume doing the set. You could leave that info out and edit it to look like one luxurious, uninterrupted sit down. But it is so relatable to know that you are balancing this with the rest of life. I think you have a wonderful outlook on motherhood and the many challenges it brings.
