So... this was just a demonstration of me trying these ASP dual forms for the FIRST time. I appreciate the suggestions and critiques but I have no intention of purchasing "Pro Dual Forms". This video was just meant to show and give my opinion on affordable dual forms that are readily available at your local beauty store. Please keep in mind I am NOT a professional nail tech. LongHairPrettyNails Thank you for sharing this , could you please tell me how long each of the Acrylic nails to dry? Before removing the forms?? I mean , how do you know when it is totally dry?? I am waiting for my forms that I bought from e nail couture that looks like they have a lot of different sizes , plus clamps, or clips for each form they seem like a good quality. I love your acrylic clear & the glitter!! It's gorgeous ❣️ I'm going to have to get some! 🤩 I have the gel brush from alpha & I love it ( Thank you for sharing that too )😉 So I am also going to go get the Alpha Acrylic brush like yours !! Thank you so much for sharing this & your help! Oh I have 1 more quest. Do you think the Acrylic is easier w/the forms versus the Polygel or hard gel? For people wanting to try this at home make sure you are sizing the dual forms correctly. They should be big enough to completely cover the nail, side wall to side wall AND also have a slight gap in between the dual form and your natural nail.This gap is what is going to give you strength. When pressing down make sure not to press that gap down either, you don't want your dual form mashed down to your nail. My final tip is to also use a regular nail tip to avoid having to file the underneath.

I done your steps with my first attempt with dual forms and they turned out LOVELY. I feel so Pretty. I glued on clear tips to prevent acrylic excess underneath. I have short to the quick nails but not anymore. Thank you❣️

These are pretty!! You can customise the the forms. Trim them to fit. Also to stop the hump at the cuticle. Angle it up and lay it down at a 45 degree it will push the product forward so it won’t push out of the back.

When you fit them, look at them from the side to see if there is a gap under where the apex is, and make sure the dual form fits side wall to side wall with that gap under there. That’s where the bulk of your product needs to be. ❤️ Kirsty with Naio Nails posted a great how to video recently.

ASP forms and the ones you can get from China are very skinny. You should try Pronails or YSnails. I got both kinds from eBay, but you have to search by name. Just don’t get YSnail forms directly from YSnails because you might not receive them, bad company, but great forms! My first order was from their website and I never got them. Then I ordered from a private seller from eBay and they are the best. Pronails have salon style, extra long, and extreme curve. Just thought this might help someone.

Informative and easy to understand the application process. I got my Dual Forms from eBay for less than $9.00. 12 sizes with 140 forms with length lines to determine what length you want. Great tutorial and thank you!

It’s better to have the dual form be bigger than your nail bed. Yeah you already see if you get right at your size or if it’s too small. The sides suffer with lack of acrylic. That super shine is everything I’ve been using gummy gel. So pretty the outcome!

You have the most beautiful videos I have ever seen. Will probably never get tired of them. Alergic to acrylic powder. If I even close a jar and get a tiny amount on my fingers, I’m broke out. I have 4 different brands of polygel, rolled some small balls, never washed my hands afterwards, 48 hrs later, no break out. Very strange for sure. Been wanting to try your designs. Beautiful! Saw a video with the duel forms, using nail forms, no underneath problems.

Tfs. Very beautiful. ASP is, imo, is really for people with really small nails and just starting out with dual forms and not sure if they'll like them or not. I saw NailCareerEducation try out the Bioseed dual forms, and they have some really big, toenail big, sizes all the way down to nice and small. I'm going to see how much they want for them and give them a try. Gotta love crystal clear. 💕💝

Aliexpress sell sets of dual forms that have more sizes with larger sizes. You might want to look into them for other options. The really large dual forms, I use for nail art practice.
