@@RT-mr5cn : Soak fenugreek seeds the previous night .. strain the water the next day morning .. apply few drops of oil on your hair, remove any knots if any ... and then apply the fenugreek water thoroughly on your scalp ... Let it sit for 10-15 mins ... Wash off with normal water .. DO NOT USE SHAMPOO TO WASH YOUR HAIR ,IT MIGHT UNDO THE EFFECT OF APPLYING FENUGREEK WATER
