Preet Kaur... She’s talking about guava fruit leaves. You can drink as well as apply on your hair. Boil water & add the guava leaves to it. The color of the leaves changes to yellow. Once it cools down, apply the water to your hair. It gives good shining to your hair & also removes dandruff’s. Before doing all these, untangle your hair with fingers & then with comb. She uses an oil name “neelabringadhi oil” & washes with shampoo. She’s also showing the plant. Eating guava fruit is good for skin too. Also apply onion juice to reduce hair fall. She’s saying not to tie hair very tight in the night. Wash the guava leaves nicely before use. Hope this helps you.
