@@tabithamatheney9606 Hay essentially grass and for eating. Straw is what is left over after wheat or other grain is harvested. It is used for bedding. Hay stays wet while straw doesn’t. Hay might have been all he could get.

People complaining about their minus degree temperatures may be sitting in their recliners watching you outside in your 14 degree temps. You have a lot of work to do outside in those sub freezing temps. You don't have to justify talking about how cold it is. I complain, and I'm just going from my car to the house or into work. Alternate to letting the water run in the RV is to fill the interior tank and unhook the city water hose. Your tanks should have heaters on them so turn that on. Use the propane heat tonight, that keeps the undercarriage areas heated also.

It was sad when Gracie was all alone to. Gracie has a special place in my heart from Jacob’s rescue and the her at onetime being alone away from the heard and Pearl would her such a hard time.. I’m in Wi.and my pet pig has a room in the house and sooo spoiled. When it’s this cold he will walk to the door, stick his nose out and turn around and go to his bedroom. When he really needs to go potty he’ll run out and goes as fast as possible and run right back in the house 🐷 he’s 10 years old and I had him since he was just off his mom❤️

If you have an old lick tub from animals that is big enough you could use it to cover your water pipes even if you use the insulation. I love that you moved Jezabell up front!

Lester, I know why you’re driving even if it’s a short distance cause I can tell by listening to you out of breath already because you have a big piece of property to take care of and all those animals that you have to do individually believe me I have the same thing here and I’m so tired by the end of the day I’m breathing hard. I sometimes have to sit down in the middle of the day. Just catch my breath so I can finish up wait for nobody hungry every day they’re just like kids we can grab a sandwich or something quick once in a while they have to have their meal.
