The humour is when they start getting all defensive when you question them on why they made such claims... People do this kind of stuff in everyday life all the time. They will make baseless claims and then completely fold and backtrack when you question them on "how" exactly you were confrontational. My mother used to do this kind of stuff with me, but they can't stand it when you are articulate and understand there was no confrontation of the sort! Calling people out on their bs will always be the funniest part of these interactions.

However with personal phone cameras, people are uploading all kinds of content for social media for all kinds of reasons and including their own edits to make it appear however they want it to appear. I've never taken exception when law enforcement asks for a name, id or what you're doing as they are indeed within their rights to request information the citizen isn't required to give. The problem starts when they persist via intimidation, lying, etcetera. This is why we need calm, well informed auditors such as yourself to not only to educate the people but to keep law enforcement in check. In a perfect world, detective Strove and assistant chief deputy May simply turn around and say, okay, have a great day but unfortunately that seldom happens. I also liked how officer May walked back his "directive" and it became a request. You handled that brilliantly when you reciprocated that you'd consider it. Great job.

@twiggyramieriez53822 жыл бұрын
@@jamesfrench7299 He exhibits several signs that narcissistic sociopaths show For example he lives in a diluted reality. Like all he sees is that he's entitled to anything he wants. It doesn't matter who he hurts in the process and shows zero remorse for his actions, he wants it his way and that's the only way. Then he'll try to justify it. He suffers from delusions of grandeur. Another sign is obsession with power and control. He wants power and control over people and doesnt care who he bowls over. He demands to be addressed a certain way, he refuses to acknowledge any authority, he refuses to follow rules, laws, policies or requests made by others. Another sign is how he uses people. He completely manipulates his audience. That and how he tries to manipulate the public workers he comes into contact with thru flattery, fear/intimidation like how for every little thing he threatens to sue people. It goes back to him demanding power over others. Another sign is his lack of morale boundaries. He doesn't care what line he crosses to get what he wants. He has no morale compass. He shows zero remorse for what he does. He never sees himself in the wrong. He doesn't see right or wrong he only sees himself in the right. No regret, no Shame. No guilt. Just a feeling of self satisfaction. Yet another sign is his limited range of emotions. That calm demeanor he has like I said is a facade. He is not calm, he isn't showing any feelings. He doesn't express emotions of love and affection, or more vulnerable emotions like guilt, shame, or sadness. His stunted range of emotions also keeps them from being able to have empathy for other people. Yet another sign is how he feeds off of negative energy. He gets energy from the drama, the discourse, the pain the overall negative atmosphere that he brings. Look at his videos, the drama is good for clicks and views and he thrives off of it. The arguing, the threats, the inability to admit to any wrong doing. The overall chaos excites him. He shows several of the huge signs of a narcissistic sociopath. That's where I got my conclusion from. KZbin or well any social media only helps feed those tendencies and he's gonna fall deeper into his own delusions if he's not stopped. Unfortunately I don't think he can be saved at this point. He's clearly cut himself off from the realm of reality. I'm no psychology major. I just have plenty of experience with narcissistic sociopaths.

The problem with a Chief Deputy Dawg taking your picture is that he will immediately run it thru numerous government databases and will know everything about you. IMO when a LEO does that with no reasonable articulable suspicion that you are committing a crime, it's the same as or WORSE from a civil rights perspective than demanding your ID.
@Brandon-sw5ob2 жыл бұрын
As far as I know you have to be legally detained and probable cause and the only reason to take pictures is to run you like you said and you're not a gang member so he's not getting gang tattooed so he's just trying to run you through a database Fourth Amendment violation all kinds of violations I mean to begin with no probable cause for the picture you need to have my permission to take my my photo as a law enforcement officer I don't need your permission there's a difference but you don't expect these m************ to know the law and gosh where the heck is Mower County it's got to be a teeny tiny County. I'm familiar with Ramsey Hennepin Dakota Washington Crow Wing Wadena. And none of them you want to try cuz they're all stupid I mean that's relative statement I know anybody wearing that utility belt is got qualified stupidity so they are stupid but they do what they want as a state as a whole here I explained to me how 14 year old kid gets a license revoked who's never joy-righted never stole a car never drove a car in the city how do you do that? Well they did it to me and if I drive I'm driving dirty cuz forever and always they've revoked my privileges to be a human being they f***** with me and my family since I've been four or five years old and here in the state you you basically I guess it's probably relative to every state when they want you you pretty much have to disappear cuz anytime you're seeing spotted you're f***** with for no crime in life other than just being born you know and refusing to be a victim and holding to victimhood mentality being an individual thinking for yourself I don't know about the time I got you about 8 years old that was a crime in this state but my whole life you were taught to be an individual thing for yourself don't follow the crowd don't do drugs all this stuff but now they're telling you we will force you to do drugs and be a lemming anyway I regress. Hopefully you don't run into any young dudes cuz they they'll think they're Judge Dredd
