My family all shared a single Gameboy, I remember playing Tetris and the TMNT game a lot but mostly just listening to the Tetris music on repeat for long periods of time. When I finally got my hands on the Mario land games I was so excited, this one will always be very dear to me.

God I love Mario Land 2 so much. Sure the gameplay was nothing revolutionary, but the way it was displayed was exciting. Nintendo today lacks imagination. Imagine how special this game would've felt if it was in color like this back in 1992...

You need to force the emulator to run in GBC or GBA mode, otherwise this game will not work. I used the Bizhawk emulator to record this video, you can play with it.
