Why is Donald Duck called PK? Well.. 7:35. I guess that's the first thing that bothered me about this game. It's not a bad game but it's not a good game either. Mind you it was released in 2002. There's 10 stages, each with 6 little guys you can rescue. 90% are straight forward and the other 10% are hidden. I decided to get them all. You only need 40 to unlock the final stage though, but finding them was pretty lossless and I felt like showing off. Don't try to go superfast in this game because enemies appear a tad slow and if you decide to jump a platform too early and some little dude plans to position himself there also, he'll whack you to death pretty quickly. Keep distance and take out the bad guys. There's many checkpoints in the game ("teleporters") but they require 15 tokens to unlock. That's what the green coins are for. You can easily miss a few and still unlock all of the teleporters though but most of the time you don't really need them anyway as this game is pretty easy. The only thing that sucks about it is the jumping.. reaching maximum height with a double jump requires more precision than it should and even the gliding towards other platforms often fails. What makes it even worse is that Donald doesn't always seem to grab hold of a platform so you just fall to death. Oh and the camera is horrible so you constantly have to reposition the camera yourself. The gameplay just feels slow and the controls feel a little delayed. Especially when you have to charge a blast to get the enemies shield down, the charge often just seems to cancel out. You might see me get hit a lot by these enemies and before you shout "you suck!"; now you know why. For somebody who likes to be able to go fast in games, this wasn't all that great for me. Might be appealing to people not too familiar with videogames, but it definitely ain't Curious George type of easy either.

It was hard cause the camera is playing it's own game. It literally does an 180 and the controls follows the camera, so whenever the camera moves you need to counter move... It was really dumb

I remember playing with my parents at night,and how the first day we struggled with the first hover jump,one of the few memories when we didn't argue. Mine first game too! I struggled with the hover jump part and the first shield Evronian on level 4. I accidentally always released the aim button at the same time as fire button, so the supercharge didn't take effect even though it visually seemed to target the Evronian.

I love this game and the power up scene is always the coolest. And my favorite power up was the X-Charge. At first, it is difficult to use it. But once you get used to it, it's quite fun to use.
