There is this game mechanic (I think it’s called margin time.) where if the round exceeds a certain amount of time, the game will slowly increase the number of lines sent by attacks the longer the round goes on. The 67 spike at the end of the round was only possible due to how long the round was.

From my practical time playing, details are as follows: - 3 min is where Margin kicks in. - Every 20s passes, a base Quad/TSD (no B2B nor Combo bonus) sends 1 more line. Of course Margin Time increases all types of damage. You can check out the math in the TL Preset in Custom Room. I think it's just (1+ constant * second passed since 3min) * damage before margin

The number 67 is the amount of lines sent to the enemy. Spikes usually refers to a big and powerful attack. So a 67 spike means a powerful attack that sends 67 lines of garbage to the enemy. Like how you spike a volleyball or smash in a badminton game(not really).
