I turned 60 this year and reevaluated my wardrobe. I did a complete overhaul minus the staples like solid jeggings, joggers, midis, capris, basic flats, sandals, sneaks. I’m happy to see the changes I made were completely on par with this video. It gives me confidence to know someone fabulous agrees with my choices! Yayyy!

I definitely remember the Cross Your Heart bra commercials! I have a small bust, and they always made me wish I had more to lift and separate!! You are so right about smiling. Lifting the corners of your mouth really does make a BIG difference. I've become very aware of this over the past couple of years as I'm getting older. Even a slight smile can change the whole look of your face. Thanks for all the great tips! You look amazing!

It’s funny--in March and April I gained a solid 5-6 pounds and then I turned to using all the down time/free time of not having a social life to being so selfish and super focusing on my skin care and diet. Not only did my mood improve but my skin looks better and I lost 10 pounds. Dump the frump is right but also treasure your health and don’t lose your healthy habits! Thank you for your great video

Hi Heather. Thanks for all of your great videos! I've been a plus size gal for most of my life.....size 16-20. Im now 61. In my early 30's I had a breast reduction which was one of the best things that could have happened. I have still always hated the way bras fit and dig and feel so uncomfortable. I have arthritis in my neck, back and shoulders.....well to be exact, all over. Recently I purchased camis and demiettes from a company called Ruby Ribbon. I absolutely love them!!! They lift and hug you gently without underwires. They support my back and help me stand up straighter. I highly recommend them. I don't work for this company but I'm a customer for life. Hi Heather, I am really with you on still trying to looks good even while we are at home, it always makes me feel better after showering, makeup, and wearing a cute outfit, and I usually get a compliment from my husband who’s working at home! I sure do remember the Playtex commercials and also the one for a “long line bra” for that midriff bulge!☺️ I also tie my tee shirts or even use a rubber band to get the effect of a knot, and rolled sleeves and lower neckline make a big difference! I really enjoyed the 12 ways fashion-wise to look younger. I wish I was your size! I have lost 30 lbs. on the Keto Diet in 3 months. I have a lot to go, but I'm really trying. About that bra...it was gorgeous! In the old days, bras in my size appeared to only come in white, so I am enjoying NOW! I did the Covid clean out and got rid of everything that was big and frumpy and have followed your advice and now wear my stretchy pants and jeans with cute tops and it really does feel great ! It Lifts and Separates the new Playtex Bra! Remember how the bras were on mannequins that had long sleeved tee shirts on? Lol! These days I have been wearing cami-shapers without my bra underneath- but definitely if going out somewhere the bra goes on under it - gives me a longer look in the torso.. the Birkies are now being called “ugly” sandals and are all the rage with the twenty-thirty something’s... everything up switched up for a younger look did exactly as it was meant to do! All great looks- thanks for doing this- it is true.. when we dress TOO comfortably we begin to not notice the extra ounces creeping on...I made a point all during the lockdown and pandemic to wear nicer clothes than I ordinarily would .. and to always have a face put on... it just makes me feel more like me! I wear shorts and a t shirt daily. Usually with a hoodie because I freeze. Then in the evening my sweats go on and the bra comes off. I’m staying home all the time so the only person who sees me is my husband, and my dogs. If I was going out in public I might dress differently. My smile isn’t so good right now. I chipped one of my front teeth. So I kind of just grin. And the bra was from Playtex. That had me thinking for a minute.

I know that internationally women would not be without it. I have to catch myself sometimes to try not to look frumpy. I have a baggy pair of athletic pants that I wear occasionally and can't seem to part with since they are so comfy. They are good for traveling, too. I mostly wear black leggings, not something I would have considered wearing several years ago. I got rid of my huge t-shirts, among other things. I don't wear clothing with big flowers on them. So I try to be aware of how I look out in public. I wear Crocs in my apartment because of my bad feet but I still have to wear comfortable shoes outside, just not as clumpy looking. Thank you for your tips. You definitely do look younger with the changes.

Love the video. I liked all the side by sides except the one with cropped pants and button down. The side with shirt tails tied around waist I wish you would show a better alternative. If your short waisted to me makes you look more short waisted and us girls with a bigger stomach needs something better to hide our stomach but look more fashionable.

I think hats can add to your height but face shape is so important to as it suits you or not.
