Im 72 and I think I look good for my age - because of Facerobics. But I get involved in life and forget - so I'm always glad when I see a new video because I'm reminded to start again. Thank you Peta!

Hello Peta! Nice to see you! I discovered your channel by accident last year and since August I'm doing the exercises and I can attest that they work. My eyes are more open, my cheeks have lifted, I have less jowls, my nasolabial fold has decreased considerably and my upper lip is more lifted. Hi peta, what's your opinion on Micro current machines do you think they provide a good alternative to face yoga but with quicker results or do you think face yoga offers more thorough results longer term?

So if I dedicate the time daily to do the facial exercises, is this better than doing gua sha and facial massage everyday? I am trying to come up with a routine that is doable everyday, but also the most effective. No one has time to do an hour or two worth of face stuff everyday which I find myself falling into that much stuff, then I just do nothing because I’m overwhelmed lol I have red light, I was doing micro current (but now I’m pregnant so I can’t use it), gua sha, micro needling, I do facial massage… it’s a lot. I just want a routine that’s effective and like I said doesn’t take me 2 hours to do everyday lol I feel like face exercises is probably the most effective out of everything though because it’s strengthening the muscles. Any input you have I would greatly appreciate!

Thanks for the alternative for people who can't do 150 reps. Somewhere on another post you suggested to someone they could do the exercises 3 times a week/ MWF, is this "OK"? Better than not at all? I realize the result would be slower but is this still OK?

Ive stuck to this for a year. Im 36. Im very good at pushing myself and have done 100 and 150 for 2 weeks each and then moved on. Maybe im over working? Perhaps i should go back to 50 as well as taking a weeks break in between? I feel capable of doing 100-150 but i also know youve said you can over exercise and gain more wrinkles?
