Zumba allows 30% of the music in the class to be anything you want and this is great! It's a nice break from the quickness of salsa and cumbia. Definitely going to try it in my class this week! Great for the abs!

One thing I have noticed about Zumba, are the clothes. You don't have to wear regular boring work out clothes. Its regular clothes with style with a little bling. Love it!

Am I the only one who finds it amazing how they can do all of this with their hair down? Whenever I follow these videos, I have to put my hair in a bun with two hairbands in mine just to make sure it doesn't touch me at all.

Sid, I ran across this video while browsing videos for choreography ideas for some dance events Im doing soon and fell in LOVE with this routine. So I got up and gave it a whirl and now I'm hooked. I loveeee your moves I go to the gym 6 days a week and they have zumba as well which I have done like twoce but I don't like it there because its ALL Spanish music and I cant understand it, also the instructer is wayyy to fast..but YOU wow!!!
