The put of the artillerist in Church was a move which was very profitable for Jaapaasa. We didn’t see what Jaapaasa saw in game but im sure that he had a good vision of enemy forces on the city. Ftunk if you can try to look at the vision of both players next time of you cast a game on Haroshaje, we will see that the player which has the church intact with a recon in hasn’t a god vision but it is a excellent vision. Also it was a good haroshaje game, both players have a good fight on the city.

Yes I agree 100%. It's something that has a huge effect on the game. I saw most of the Nimrods, the mortar and reinforcements coming in.

Classic Haro town grind. Su76 are pretty poor at CB without a arty leader, but I feel that often just doing some CB with whatever you have makes your opponent CB too. Which in cases like this can be very beneficial as his arty was way more dangerous to my frontline units.

Basically worked perfectly here. Jeff spent an insane number of points on 5x 149s and used them to... kill 2x 122s and harass some Su-76s? Imagine if he'd put one of them on counter-battery and the other four on automated 'defensive fire' over the central town. Carnage.

@ Yeah Jaapaasa would have had a hard time in the town and that could have changed the game for sure.

I was going to comment exactly this. SU-76s are great if you can bait your opponent into trying to counter-battery them. Apart from their mobility they are fairly low tier artillery (at least without radio).

I think once the 122s went down 1 of Jeff arty on counterbattery to keep the su76s on the move and focus the other 4 on the city and he may have been able to tear up those attacks.

@@mikealpha2611 Yes, the other 149s could have done so much work. That was a big missuse of these guns imo. And potentially what wom Jaapaasa the game.
